My wife FIRED a local giant HVAC company we had a service contract with AND our HOME WARRANTY company in the same day after prolonged run-arounds with both companies incapable of fixing our issues. With 5 minutes of a conversation via Thumb Tack, Lions scheduled a technician to our home later in the evening who spent a decent amount of time really look over our entire system. He did not mind us being present, curious, inquisitive and never once tried to sell us anything we did not ask about. He properly diagnosed and rectified some previously completed work, charged our system, provided a friendly experience and ensured all our concerns were addressed. The guy Tyler was amazing - he even picked wisely from a fully stocked garage fridge full of ice cold beverages without hesitation. Turns out, I narrowed my Thumb Tack search for a maintenance contract to the recently terminated company and Lions in the past. We chose wrong and will be fixing this awarding our business for a service contract to Lions. This company is lights out good at their job with total price transparency and I felt compelled to write a review even if a week late (sorry guys - life gets in the way when the air is full blast and I'm enjoying myself). It's important to me that businesses do what they are hired to do and let decisions and conclusions fall squarely onto the shoulders of its patrons. Thumb Tack continues to be lights out for us producing our "guys" for electrical and now HVAC. Thank you, Lions for being straight shooters and a family owned business. You sent the right ambassador to our home, provided value added service, reasonable pricing, and most importantly a solution / resolution to a literal nightmare. Their loss is now your gain and we could not be happier. Please give me reasons to write another review on your behalf as we endeavor upon the beginnings of a beautiful partnership. #respect

Lion's price for 2 visits a year is very reasonable. Ed, the technician, completed the job taking his time to make sure everything was good. I was impressed by his knowledge of HVAC.
