- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based off of how much you fill our trucks and trailers. All pricing includes labor, disposal fee, and donation transport. Our trucks and trailers are 16 cubic yards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step in the process is to speak with a manager to discuss what are your disposal needs. Once this is determined we can plan the next course of action. We will collect your information and schedule to come out to your property and perform a free estimate unless it can be determined over the phone. If you agree to the estimate we will schedule an appointment. On the day of the appointment we will call prior to arrival.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owned my own business for 20 years prior to starting J Dog. I have always prided myself on being on time, sticking to my word, and going above and beyond for my customers. I have also been a teacher and coach for 20 years and love building new relationships with my customers. Each experience is unique and needs special attention. In the Army I was a heavy wheel diesel mechanic. We were often in charge of moving and loading very large items safely and securely.
