Say It Forward

Public speaking isn't easy for everyone, but it is a skill that can be learned and taught. I am not a "born extrovert" and I don't have "the gift of gab", although I've developed the skills to connect with others in group settings, small and large. I began teaching group fitness classes a couple years ago, with class attendance ranging between 3 - 50 people. As I grew more comfortable with experience, I opened my own business as a wedding officiant, feeling comfortable speaking to groups of all sizes. I've done independent research to understand communication, personality types, and overcoming obstacles. Applying these principles together helps to alleviate mental and emotional barricades of anxiety and fear. I will bring these skills to work for you, delivering your content and message to your group with engagement and interaction. For those interested in developing these skills with instruction, I work with individuals and small groups to feel empowered, confident, and heard.
