I was planning a special dinner with my fiance. I decided to bring in a professional chef. We agree Hayden would make crab ravioli with a lobster sauce and creme brule. I don't have a fancy kitchen, but Hayden finished the meal quickly. It was delicious. For not much more than going to a restaurant we had a private meal. Fantastic experience! I can't wait to use Hayden again!

Being a vegetarian can be difficult to eat out, so seeking professional advice has become a fun and necessary hobby for my lifestyle. Chef Arnold taught me how to make an excellent vegetarian lasagna. His directions were thoughtful and really helped me understand each individual step. The twist that I never would have thought of was the herbal salsa verde garnish on top. This was a gourmet meal like nothing I have experienced prior. I can't wait for my next visit with Hayden.
