- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Rosengarten, we offer pricing on a case to case basis. We factor in cost of labors and ever changing material prices. We offer same day free estimates for repairs and replacements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically will contact you with a message to set up a phone call. We then will call you and get all of the information needed to set up a free estimate. We will follow up the next day about that estimate. We will then make plans for a deposit and job start date. We order all of your material and begin the project usually within 5-7 business days. Once your job is complete we will collect final payment and take final photos. We will request for a review and set you up for any future maintenance needs.

We are osha certified, trained in safety.
