Introduction: Krav Maga is the Israeli Army's official fighting and self-defense system. Krav Maga is a system of self-defense which anybody can utilize, regardless of their strength, size or overall fitness level. The system emphasizes practical and simple techniques, intense training, and real-life scenarios. Our focus at Atlantic Krav Maga (AKM) is on every student. Our objective is to improve your skill set, and to bring you to the greatest level of competency, in the quickest amount of time. Our instructors all have over eight years' personal experience in the Krav Maga system. We pride ourselves not just on technical proficiency, but also on our ability to communicate the techniques and fundamental principles of the system to our students.
