- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straight forward, we are a fairly small company so we don't have a lot of overhead pricing, however we still deliver a top notch services as if we were a huge company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first objective is to always connect with our client, so we can build a little rapport and fine tune exactly what type of move we are getting into, so that we can tailor our approach to make a seamless experience. Moves can be incredibly stressful, and we want to be the one thing within your move that you don't have to worry about.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a combined 7 years experience in the moving/transportation industry, and we love to bring our turn key and comfortable customer service experience to every one of our clients, because putting a smile on someone else's face is why we get out the bed every morning.
