FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer straightforward and transparent pricing. My minimum service call covers up to 2 hours of work, and any additional time is discussed in advance. For common tasks, flat-rate pricing may be available. There are no hidden fees, and I always explain pricing before starting the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by reviewing the details of the project and asking a few questions if needed. Once we agree on the scope and pricing, we schedule a time that works best for the customer. I arrive on time, complete the work carefully, and make sure everything is clean and working properly before leaving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from many years of hands-on work across a wide range of construction and home improvement projects. I’ve worked at every stage of the process — from basic labor and demolition to skilled trade work and final finish details. Over the years, I’ve gained experience in carpentry, framing, cabinetry, tile work, plumbing, electrical tasks, general repairs, and full home improvement projects. I’ve also worked in professional remodeling environments and have experience coordinating work and managing parts of projects when needed. I’ve worked alongside experienced tradespeople and within well-organized teams, which taught me how projects should be planned, executed, and completed properly. My training comes from real job sites, problem-solving in real conditions, and continuously learning better and more efficient ways to do the work. I don’t approach projects as quick fixes — I rely on experience, preparation, and understanding how systems work together to deliver reliable, professional results.
