I can't say enough good things about Wanda and her team! She handled the renovation of my first-floor duplex with exceptional professionalism from start to finish. The quality of work was outstanding, and the value she provided was truly phenomenal. Wanda went above and beyond to work within my budget, even when unexpected challenges arose. She was flexible, reliable, and always maintained a positive and professional attitude.

What truly sets Wanda apart is her dedication and genuine passion for her craft. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence made the entire process seamless and stress-free. I’m already considering her for my next project. (Converting my garage into a studio)

Wanda has truly become my go-to contractor for any renovations or property work I need. If you're looking for someone who delivers quality, value, and professionalism all in one package, look no further than PRDR.

Highly recommended!

What can I say about such a wonderful experience as having my entire top floor renovated? Not many people can say that about working with contractors- I had heard some nightmares but not with PRDR. In a week they managed to transform what I thought was an unfixable mess into what looks like a hotel. I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s been 3 months and I still walk down the hallway - which had no Sheetrock on the ceilings due to a roofing nightmare - and I’m in awe! 2 bedrooms , a bath and the entire stairwell all had new ceilings, new walls where some had gone down to the brick, and the entire thing painted in a week! They were punctual to a fault- never late and Never left early. Wanda talked with me at length before we started and helped me figure out things down to the right color for the walls!! I had a totally unrelated plumbing problem during the time they were there and the “ guys” fixed it for me as a favor!! If you are looking for honest, hard working, and skilled workers( and so friendly!!) this is the company to choose!! I would refer them to any and every one!!
