Groundworks has been amazing to work with. We had an issue since it was installed and Kris had worked diligently to get it resolved. The guys (Brad Troup and Yusuf A.) showed up yesterday and were quick and very professional. They inspected the problem and knew right away how and what to do to solve it. We contacted Groundworks with concerns about a cracked wall. Their Inspector promptly came out to assess the situation. Craig was professional, considerate and worked to give all discounts available. Customer service was friendly and reliable, and the job was actually done sooner than expected.Marquis and Brandon worked tirelessly in extreme heat to complete the job in 2 days, installing 15 earth anchors through shale rock. Both gentlemen were courteous and professional throughout, and clean up was perfect. Groundworks representatives were very transparent throughout the process and welcomed any questions or input we may have had. I would highly recommend Groundworks/Bakers Waterproofing to anyone in need of their particular services.
