Bob Dallatore with Shearer was absolutely awesome. He showed up within scheduled time and quickly found out what the issue was my unit was having. Fixed the problem and also checked a few other things to make sure I was not going to have any more problems . Very knowledgeable, neat/tidy and friendly. He even went the extra mile and fixed one of my steps that was broke going into my attic.

Recently had Shearers install new HVAC system for my mother's home. I could not be more pleased with the overall experience provided by Shearer's. Starting with response time to come out and access what was needed (thanks Brian for providing your expertise in a professional and cTordial manner) and offering a fair price for the job required.
To the installers, Charlie and Christian, job well done. Thank you both for your expertise and experience in the installation in a timely manner, but additionally conducting yourselves as professionals and good guys looking out to satisfy the customer.

Chris D. completed the repair of my furnace a few days after he diagnosed the problem and ordered parts. The furnace was originally installed by another company who failed to identify the problem. Shearer is extremely responsive, professional, reasonable in price and communicates excellently. I would consider calling anyone else for my HVAC needs.!
