The quality of work and flexibility to accommodate our design changes were both excellent. They worked with us every step of the way to make sure we knew what to expect and how long it would take. I had an appointment for an estimate and they never showed up. I waited for an hour. They never called or texted or emailed. After the fact, they still wanted to meet and reschedule for another day. no consideration for my time or apologies for not showing up
