My garbage disposal started acting up last night and I reached out to CBI this morning. They were responsive getting back to me immediately and asking questions about what was going on. They then made a recommendation for me to try and restart on my on and walked me through the process which got it up and running. They helped me avoid an unnecessary expense/service call and were extremely patient and kind with my questions. I truly appreciate the ethics they showed as they could have easily come out and charged me rather than the troubleshooting they suggested. Will definitely reach out to them again in the future for other needs.

I wish I could select more than 3 options for this company. They were responsive, and attentive to what I needed and when there were obstacles, Mike was quick to give a solution that also wouldn’t break the bank. Looking forward to hiring them again!

We had a great experience working with Mike and Connie. They were incredibly professional and provided outstanding service. Mike was a huge help with several projects around our home, including repairing our patio deck and stairs, replacing the sink, and fixing our gutters in timely manner and at reasonable cost. We’re so glad we found them, as Mike is clearly capable of handling a wide range of issues.
