- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge hourly rate, as well as flat fee from for our projects. For all our projects we give an estimate number of hours to our clients depending on the estimate time that will be taken to complete the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a new client, we do 15 mins of complimentary discovery call to understand the scope of work and find the right fit. Once that is determined then we do our first complimentary consultation visit, where we discuss the project more in details. After this visit we send them a design proposal, with scope of work, design fee and estimated hours of work. Lastly we sign the contract and start the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yellow Stone Creations owner Chandini Mathur has an Interior Design Certification from Moore College of Art and Design Philadelphia. She also serves as a Board Member in the role of a Vice President – Programs & Events of the Philadelphia Chapter of the International Furnishings and Design Association (IFDA).
