Linda Dieffenbach has been working with me to deal with some very well instilled issues that I have been having since childhood to present. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a brief initial assessment of their current needs and intentions at the beginning of the first session followed by deeper exploration as the session progresses. Based on the outcomes of the initial session, integrative practices are given to support their continued growth and healing, and an individualized plan is established for continued treatment and progress. Each session is highly individualized based on what is occurring in the present moment. Frequency of sessions vary based on acute and/or chronic conditions and needs.
