- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I only charge for my time. There are no up-charges, commissions, minimums or set package pricing. Most of the time I charge hourly - so an hour worked is an hour paid. Sometimes I set a flat fee with the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I first talk to the potential client about their event to determine their needs. Then I submit an estimate for review. Once that estimate is approved, I roll it in to a contract and request a deposit. Then we get to work!
- What types of customers have you worked with?I've worked with three types of clients - business/corporate, private/social, and non-profit fundraising.
