- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most communications are done via phone, email, or text. That includes estimates. Should we need to see the property in person, we schedule a time with the customer. On the day of the job, we do a walkthrough with the customers and go over the process, time frame as well as take pictures of preexisting damage or concerning areas. Once the job is complete we do a final walkthrough prior to packing equipment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been doing this for about 10 years, several of which has been working for professional companies.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Cheaper is not always better. You want a company that knows what they’re doing and takes pride in their work. Giving you the best results no matter how long it takes.
