I have 3 ficus trees indoor that has overgrown the space and needed a lot of trimming. The trees are very gummy and it was just too much for us to handle. Sean and his team was very professional and got it done within 3 hours. They are punctual, communicate the plans ahead of time and very easy to work with. Will recommend them and hire them again!

Dougherty Tree Care exceeded our expectations. Sean was very responsive and professional. The crew completed the work in a timely manner and Sean made sure we were happy with the completed work. We had 2 large pine treesremoved. One of which was a very large white pine right next to our house. The stumps were also ground and an existing stump was ground as well. The work area was cleaned up perfectly after the work was done. We even had a fence that was in the way which Dougherty Tree Care removed and then reinstalled after the tree work was performed. All of this for a price that was considerably lower than other estimates. We are extremely happy with the service Dougherty Tree Care provided. Very highly recommend!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is pretty straightforward but varies depending on the magnitude of the job and how long it will take. Looking to make the job cheaper is common in all practices and I have no problem discussing options to save or make it more affordable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Other than gathering the necessary personal information, my process for new customers and returning customers isn't all that different. I like to walk the property with the client and get a feel for what their expectations and/or visions are. We have different ideas about what trees can offer us so priorities change from one job to the next.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the tree care industry for over 20 years and am a certified Arborist through the International Society of Arboriculture.
