What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am always cooking, trying news dishes and techniques, I am a foodie too.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love the excitement when my customers present their dishes to their family or coworker, it's priceless.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We do a lot of parties. they're always fun. We get a few close family members together a day before the party to help prep.. it's so much fun. "this reminds me of when we were kids"
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I was doing a personal Big Green Egg class at a clients house.. the look on his face when I stuck the temp at 250 degrees for hours.. I saw the light bulb come on :)
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask for references...
