Chili Dave BBQ
Dave has taught us and catered for us some of the best BBQ I have ever had. Working with us on not just the traditional flavors of BBQ but our taste in the dishes he creates and shares. He quickly became our go to guy for all things BBQ. He first came out for a BBQ 101 with to teach us how to use our green egg get us started. Next he catered our daughters graduation party along side of us...some of the most fun that was had in my kitchen for years, grandparents, teenagers, men and women all working together for a feast that our guest said "would be hard to top". My daughter (the high school graduate), said "Had I known it would be this good I would have invited more friends." Most recently helped us smoke some of the best brisket ever!! or at least to us as he worked with our tastes to create something original. Can't wait for what he will help us with next! No doubts will be delicious.Jul 15, 2015
I have experienced Chili Dave and the Hottie's BBQ on several occasions. I have always found their food excellent, inventive and extremely satisfying to all those attending. Along with the great food the service has been exceptional. They have gone over and above in attempting to please those attending with choices of several different main dishes and sides. I highly recommend Chili Dave and the Hotties, you won't be disappointed!!Jul 15, 2015
