- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years in commercial kitchens cooking Pizza to filet mignon. As a Sues Chef I have produced magic food for hundreds of people for weddings, Incredible home made breakfasts, lunches and dinner entrees of all kinds. I also have many years as kitchen manager which has taught me a lot about the business side of things. I pride myself in making just about any dish really well as well as putting a new spin on an old dish. I am always cooking, trying news dishes and techniques, I am a foodie!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love the excitement when my customers present their dishes to their family or coworker, it's priceless.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We do a lot of parties. they're always fun. We get a few close family members together a day before the party to help prep.. it's so much fun. "this reminds me of when we were kids"
