provided details of item to be assembled, as well as link to item. read reviews myself about assembly and shared what inwas seeing. was assured this could be done only to meet 2 people who didn't know what they were assembling when they got here so info was not relayed.
in addition, they just put everything in my garage, neatly, and left without assembling, but didn’t tell me. I happen to get my phone later to see a message saying they could not complete the job.
communication was respectful, but I definitely provided details that were not relayed, ultimately wasting everyone's time and me searching for a new person to help.
