Yes. I am constantly taking classes in different areas of fitness and reading different publication to stay current on the latest developments in the fitness feild.

I love being active and helping others to become better, healthier and more physically fit.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Design a personal training program tailored to my clients individual goals, physical condition, and limitations. Then assist and motivate them during regularly scheduled workout sessions.
