Introduction: Some personal trainers train everyone the same way. I design a program to specifically meet my clients goals, needs and physical capabilities. As we train, I tweek the workouts to best benefit the client. For example, if my client has bad knees, running on a treadmill will not work.. We try an elliptical machine or a bike. If those exercises still bother the clients knees, we keep trying new exercises until we find the ones that will work without causing more problems. My goal is to help you, not hurt you. Being part of a person’s journey to physical fitness and seeing first hand their transformation.

Bill is an AWESOME trainer! He helped me stay focused on my fitness goals and I was able to achieve them without feeling tortured. I am 5' 5" tall and weighed a little over 200 pounds. I was able to get down to 147 lbs. and I feel GREAT! I owe a lot to Bill and his ability to make me see fitness as a way of life not just a means to lose weight. Thanks a Bunch Bill!

Originally, I was set on having a female trainer but couldn’t find what I was looking for. I gave bill a try, partly because of his free one hour session. I am very glad I did. Bill is very professional and understanding. He kept me motivate and has helped me lose 30lbs in four months. Since I have been training with Bill, I feel better, I look better, and I have more energy.

After having knee surgery and completing my physical therapy, I needed someone to continue helping me get back on my feet so to speak. Bill is fantastic. He is very thorough with his assessment. He understood my knee problems and made a program so we could workout in my home to get me back in shape by losing weight and strengthen my knees. Bill varies the workout so it doesn’t get boring. He is great to work with.

Very thorough first session. Lots of preliminary tests and written questionnaire prior to workin out. Highly professional and empathetic dude. I like that he is realistic and he brought everything necessary with him.
