- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out thier does n do nots. Wether people coming and going or who is allowed in, discuss flexibility for both parties. I ask about cleaners and allergies and preferences. Check jobsite for unique materials and cleaning methods needed or desired by customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associate degree in business management and marketing. I also have cleaned with a couple of cleaning companies, as well as my own private jobs for going on almost 20 years.
