- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
at the moment I have special pricing for Thumtack customers only, since I own the company there is no overhead, other than detergent, and Gas to travel,
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first a Walk thru inspection, customer work approval, after that a 4-5 step carpet cleaning
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm IICRC (Instituted of Inspection Cleaning Restoration Certification) which means I can clean carpets both with and with out warranty I also have 4 years of experience cleaning carpets
