We used Nic's service for our ride home from JFK. The booking process with Nic was easy and was a good value. Our driver, Bo, was professional, courteous, and helped with our luggage. My family booked Nics transports for our family cruise out of NYC. We had Bo as our driver who arrived 15 minutes early with a beautiful spacious Tahoe. The drive was smooth, comfortable and stress free, Bo even opened the doors for us and handled our luggage. Return pick up was great too, same service and driver! Will be booking again for my next trip!

Nic was friendly, but very professional. He made me feel very safe in his car, no speeding. His car was well maintained, higher end, and he offered me a cold bottle of water on the trip, He responded quickly to my questions and was at my home 10 minutes before expected, so he was very punctual. I would definitely use him again.
