I started to try to make changes to my overall health on my own. I would browse the endless amounts of equipment and try to understand what I am supposed to be doing based off an overly simplistic diagram in the “big box” gym I joined. I quickly realized I had no idea what I was doing or where to start and was completely overwhelmed. It was like trying to restore a car without any knowledge of being a mechanic. You just don’t know what you don’t know. I did a search and found iAMFit. I was invited to come in for a consultation the very next day. I quickly learned from them that there are so many things that matter when exercising correctly like how to grip, proper posture and proper stretching. The great news is there is always someone there right with with you during your session in case you forget any of it. I think the most important thing is that all the trainers at iAMFit create an environment that you are anxious to come back to. They are all very supportive and personable and you really get the sense that they are in it with you. The program is fun and unique and there are always new elements which keeps things interesting and fresh. I followed their guidance and lost 40 lbs, 7 inches around my waist and 8% points of body fat in 4 months. I really don’t have enough good things to say about this place. I will finish by saying at the end you are doing this for yourself and owe it to yourself but there is no better way to do it then having iAMFit in your corner!

Personally one of the best gyms with the greatest, most sincere trainers who will guide you to where you want to go. I’ve been there for 4 months and I can’t believe the changes I’ve made to my lifestyle with the trainers I work with. Great meal plans, great supplements, and a fantastic atmosphere!

Kyle was super nice and extreme motivated to help out my teen daughter to work on her goals. He was direct in explaining the program and how her training will benefit her and her health in the long run. We look forward to her results and future. Everyone in the gym is extremely positive. Great energy! I will definitely be looking into training for myself. The best investment and worth every penny.
