FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer structured, high-touch admissions consulting designed to meet families wherever they are in the application process. Boutique & Capped Rosters: To ensure every student receives dedicated 1-on-1 attention, we strictly limit our student roster each cycle and maintain fixed, transparent package pricing rather than discounted rates. Comprehensive Packages & Standalone Services: Our offerings range from multi-year comprehensive advisory plans to targeted, standalone services—such as standalone Application Reviews, Essay Coaching, or single-session Strategy Audits. Initial Paid Application Strategy Session: All new engagements begin with a dedicated, paid Strategy Session ($250–$275/hr). During this call, we dive directly into your student’s goals, review current application elements, provide immediate actionable feedback, and determine the ideal package or review tier for your family.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Discovery & Goal Alignment: We review the student's academic profile, interests, and family goals to establish a clear baseline. 2. Strategic Audit & Roadmap: We build a custom target school list, testing strategy, and application timeline. 3. Execution & Polish: We work directly with the student through essay brainstorming, narrative development, and application review. 4. Decision & Offer Analysis: We help families evaluate acceptances, financial packages, and honors program offers.
