Pricing: Food - Cost of all food and beverage products Time - Time put in prior to and at the event Material - Such as wood and charcoal if needed Travel Expense - Gas and Tolls to the Event
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. Melissa must maintain continuing education credits through the ANFP to maintain her CDM & CFPP. All the employees also must maintain their ServSafe also.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've done food service all my life and now I am tired of working for everyone else and figured if I am going to have to work why not for myself,
