Hi, I’m Ryan, and together with my partner Nate, we own Lincoln Air & Water, a local, owner-operated plumbing, heating, and AC company serving Chester and Lancaster counties.
We started our careers in small, family-owned shops. After those businesses were bought out by large private equity firms, we saw firsthand how the focus often shifted from quality service and customers to hitting corporate numbers. That experience motivated us to start our own company — one where we can do things the right way: honest work, fair pricing, no pressure upselling, and real accountability.

Ryan did a great job with the water heater maintenance, including replacing the anode rod and flushing the tank. He was very professional and took his time to do the work properly without rushing. He even took before and after photos resonating the good work he did. I also appreciated that there was no unnecessary upselling—just honest, focused service with decent fair pricing unlike other big brands. I would definitely hire him again for any future plumbing or HVAC work.

Ive used Lincoln Air and Water twice! I had them out initially to do a routine furnace check which was the most thorough furnace check Ive experienced. I happened to be working by where the furnace was so Nate was telling me about the inspection and his findings live. Hes very knowledgeable regarding HVAC and broke things down for me well. His suggestions made sense and the pricing was definitely fair.While he was checking the furnace, he noticed an issue with my water heater expansion tank so I arranged for a replacement with Ryan. He was equally knowledgeable and kept me in the loop while swapping out the tank. This was done very quickly and with no issues!I have recommended these guys to others and will definitely use them in the future!
