Hi, I’m Ryan, and together with my partner Nate, we own Lincoln Air & Water, a local, owner-operated plumbing, heating, and AC company serving Chester and Lancaster counties. We started our careers in small, family-owned shops. After those businesses were bought out by large private equity firms, we saw firsthand how the focus often shifted from quality service and customers to hitting corporate numbers. That experience motivated us to start our own company — one where we can do things the right way: honest work, fair pricing, no pressure upselling, and real accountability. We bring the same high-level training and technical expertise, but with the personal care and attention that only comes from owners who live and work right here in the community.
