Although the ladies were professional and responsive the attention to detail while cleaning was not 100% there and the price changed during service and they added a service without approval and then expected payment.
I requested a deep cleaning with carpet cleaning and an inside porch cleaning & was told what day they could come to clean after speaking with the daughter who came to the property to review. I then spoke with the owner via phone, she quoted me a price & I agreed. During their service one item was dropped from the list ( porch cleaning) and she requested additional money for services that were already in the quote. Then later when I disputed with pictures, tried to say she had turned down another job for more money to do my job- that's unfortunately not my issue, she agreed & confirmed a date of service.
Any future customers, be sure to get everything in writing.
