- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not accept electronics payments quite yet. When I do there may be fees associated with it. My pricing is fair, and honest.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet them, discuss their issue, investigate, present a problem and a solution, work with the customer to get the work scheduled. We show up, do a good job, and make sure our customers are happy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years experience in the field, I manage several crews, deal with suppliers, and constantly am learning from other pros.
