He found the source of the problem. Reached out to me for me to make decisions of what he should do about the bad hard drive. Replaced with new SSD and transfer specific files and folders to new one. I’m happy with the service he has done for me.

I wasn’t sure what I needed as a new business owner of an existing business there were several issues. Ken took the time to understand my concerns and immediate needs. He also educated me on the technology that is available for small businesses. He is a walking IT Department. Having him physically on-site eliminated the frustration of trying to explain to someone over the phone.
