Ryan and his wife Makayla are awesome photographers. They are also very accommodating. We clumsily left our bag with our son's outfit home so we had to get it for the shooting, and they happily waited almost an hour past our scheduled session. They were very patient with our kids as well. The whole experience was great, the pictures turned out great. We would hire them again in the future.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
The main question I will ask that most clients never think through is their vision of the project. I have noticed that a lot of clients will generally respond with "I want good looking pictures". Now, I understand this, but as a photographer I found that when a really good shot is produced in line with the clients vision true satisfaction is produced.
