Veronica is awesome! Her first visit made a huge dent in our basement clutter. Now I can work on the basement myself until our next appointment.Mar 19, 2020Verified
Veronica listened to what our needs were. She organized our items and gave various options for the display. She did all the display work, from framing pictures to purchasing display mannikins. The work was done quickly and promptly. Veronica was very pleasant and made the work fun. We would hire her for any of our future projects.Mar 11, 2019

Thank you Sara! I appreciate your review of my business!
Mrs Wright helped my daughter organize her room and assisted in decorating. She was extremely courteous and very professional. The budget was minimal but the work was top notch. I would recommend Mrs Wright with Sensible Surroundings.Mar 7, 2019Sensible Surroundings's reply
Thank you for your review and support my small business!
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer an hourly rate of 50.00 an hour so 200.00 for a four hour session. Session includes removing items from the home for donation and receiving a receipt for client for tax write offs. I also offer a free half hour consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Depending on the scope of the job, some jobs are quick, meaning one to two sessions and others are more long term. A typical session is 4 hours of organizing and I work 1 on 1 with my client. We work together to come up with solutions that will work for them and their family. I develop a system that will be easy to maintain for continued success! After a four hour session I will usually leave my client with a homework assignment (or goal) to complete before our next session. It is always up to the client to decide how often they want a session. It can be once a week, twice a week, once a month, whatever works for my clients schedule and budget. Typically we will do a space at a time. Unless it’s clothes, books or paperwork.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am constantly continuing my education in the field of organization. I have completed a certificate program as a Residential Specialist. I am a member of CHADD a program designed to educate in the ADHD field. I was also an Executive Assistant at Intel Corporation in Santa Clara, CA which demanded high organizational skills and attention to detail. I’m also a member of NAPO (the National Association of Productivity and Organization)
