- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have set prices based on the condition of the floor and job site. Natural refinish can start around $3.50 for any floor over 750 square ft.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will schedule an onsite appointment to meet you, measures and discusses the flooring project. During that first meeting we come up with an exact cost. Usually refinishes take 2-5 days. The owner can move back on the floor within 24-48 hours after the final coat.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started my flooring career working for Ballard Hardwood Floors in 2000, since then I have worked for many large & small companies. I have learned first hand what it takes to produce the perfect start to finish floor project & experience.
