Unfortunately Cordaryl was unable to complete the job due to it being a plumbing issue but his responsiveness, professionalism and honesty should not be ignored. He was able to take care of the water we had overflowing in the meantime which he did not have to do but did anyways. He didn’t even charge us the full service amount because it was out of his scope of expertise and you rarely ever see that. Not quite often especially nowadays will you find a service tech that is honest and charges accordingly but with Cordaryl, it was refreshing to know that some still exist out there. We will definitely keep him in mind for future appliance repair work whenever needed.
