I just had my first house cleaning with them and I have to say I was impressed and happy with the results. The girls were early and started working. My house has never been cleaned this good. They even fluffed up the pillows on the couch and remade my beds so they looked neater. So far my experience has been good.

I had a few hiccups with my service but they made it right! - Thumbtack does not do a good job at outlining this services payment options. For future clients, you may only pay with cash or via Zelle. So be prepared with either payment method. - they were prompt, they showed up at the time they told me and were even accommodating to work around a last minute appt i had. I left a key and they went in and got started until i arrived. No time wasted! - the worked do not speak English, i believe they said Portuguese, but the secretary/ person i communicated directly with did a good job at interpreting. - i am picky and had additional things that weren’t to my standards in a bathroom, they pulled their cleaning supplies back out and cleaned the area again. - there was some miscommunication that this was a home i was moving into and not already living so there were no items in a home and they didn’t not come prepared with a ladder to reach high places, but the company was willing to make it right with a second visit. We made due with standing on counters and such but these girls figured it out and took care of messes i was not even aware existed! This company truly did me a huge favor at taking care of cleaning and messes i jut simply did not have time for. I highly recommend utilizing this company as their pricing for the quality of work they do by far beat any other company i reached out to and i feel their team truly valued and prided themself in what they were doing. Although they may have been mad and complaining to the things they encountered along the way (i wouldn’t blame them), they stayed positive the entire time and made sure i was happy before leaving! The only con i can list and maybe a recommendation is that maybe the individual cleaners set up Venmo accounts or something that is more widely used due to Zelle limits etc so they can be tipped directly. I didn’t have an even amount of cash to split between 2 employees for tip so it was unfair to tip one more than the other. :/

I booked them for a move out deep clean and they did excellent. They exceeded my expectations based on the price. I mean they are reasonable and do awesome work.

I always loved to get a place cleaned and organized. This makes me feel more comfortable and get a better quality of life. Because of that, I wanted to provide this feeling to the people and help them with their own houses.
