What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about the project, the customer’s goals, and any concerns they may have. From there, we schedule a consultation or estimate, review the surfaces and scope of work, discuss preparation and finish expectations, and provide a clear proposal. Once approved, we coordinate scheduling, protect the work area, complete the project carefully, maintain communication throughout the job, and perform a final walkthrough before completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our lead painter and business partner brings more than 15 years of hands-on residential and commercial painting experience. That experience includes interior and exterior painting, surface preparation, trim and detail work, and working with a variety of coatings and project conditions. We also continue to follow professional product guidance and industry best practices as we evaluate each project.
