Carlos and his assistants were great. Very professional and pleasant to talk to. He completed our 2 jobs in 45 minutes…wow exceeded our expectations. Installed new kitchen sink and a front door double cylinder lock system. Left the areas spotless. The cost for our projects were very reasonable. Highly recommend ABC Services in 123.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are in business to make a profit without overcharging our clients but we are not able to work for less than $75.00/ hr for first technician and $25.00 / hr for helper. A small fee applies for emergency services depending on distance from our home office. 10% off for new customers 15% off for seniors.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making sure that the customer is satisfied by thoroughly explaining the job process before starting the project.
