- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My coaching is a premium, high-touch service designed for women who are ready for real, lasting results - not quick fixes. Because everything is personalized, pricing varies depending on the level of support and length of coaching you choose. Most clients work with me for a minimum of 6 months so we can focus on sustainable fat loss and long-term results. If you are looking for a one-size-fits-all plan or a quick 30-day reset, this probably isn't the best fit. If you're ready to do this the right way and keep the results, you're in the right place.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we'll start with a conversation via zoom about your goals, your history (what you've tried before), and what's not working. From there, we create a fully customized plan that fits your lifestyle, including: -A structured strength training program -A personalized nutrition strategy (no extreme restriction) -Clear, step-by-step guidance so you always know what to do You'll get ongoing support, accountability, and adjustments along the way. Our goal is not just to help you lose weight, but to teach you how to maintain your results long-term.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a full-time fitness & nutrition coach for over 4 years and have coached 150+ women through fat loss and body recomposition. I am a Certified Online Fitness & Nutrition Coach, Certified Pre & Postnatal Coach, and Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist. Just as important, I've lived this myself. I struggled with doing all the right things and feeling stuck in my body - so I deeply understand what my clients are going through and how to help them break out of that cycle.
