Megan is an amazing coach! I have been working with Megan for almost 4 years! She has helped me meet my goals when nothing else worked. Megan is wonderful. She always pushes me to my limits, which is so nice to know someone else thinks I can do more than myself. Really brings up my self-esteem. Having her guide me gives me the accountability I need to stay consistent and see the best results.

SHIFT fitness has truly changed my life! I was struggling with my weight and was the heaviest I’ve ever been in my life when I found Megan. I was worried about counting calories and starting a whole program but she explained every step to me and was so knowledgeable about this whole fitness journey. I lost 25lbs during my 6 months with SHIFT and still continue to use the things I’ve learned and the workouts I was given to live a healthy lifestyle. I now have a better relationship with food and more understanding about what I put into my body. I have gained so much confidence from this experience and can’t recommend Megan enough!
