Hired on Thumbtack

I have used many contractors for my homes over the years, and Jonathan Sams is one of the best that I have ever worked with. We needed our large front wood decks repaired and reconstructed and then stained, and Jonathan did a terrific job. He was very responsive, diligent and hard working, sometimes working past 9 pm to get the work done. He did an excellent job and I couldn’t be more happy with the work quality. I highly recommend Jonathan and Sams Construction. We will definitely call on Jonathan again.

Sam was exactly as advertised. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He works to complete the job, not just put in hours, and his work ethic is unmatched - the man was out there working in what felt like a tsunami.
He kept his word on everything and kept a clean worksite. My deck came out beautiful, better than I pictured it.
We will absolutely hire Sam for any construction needs we have for as long as he's still doing it. Highly recommend.

I had a very good experience with Sam’s Construction. He thought about cost effectiveness from the start, but not at the expense of any of the work I wanted done. The guys came at the time promised, and worked exceptionally hard while here.
I am very pleased that everything is completed. Since J. Lives fairly close by, I will be calling him for any job that may come up.
