Had Sams Construction convert my existing car port into a garage. Due to issues with the existing structure, it was not as simple as one would think. He stuck with it with great attention to detail no matter how long it took. He and his crew were on the job exactly when I was told and stayed until the project was completed to my satisfaction. Unlike some contractors today who after completing a job (and get paid) they want nothing else to do with it if a problem arises later. Jonathan will stand by his work return until you're happy. I would hire him again if needed.

Sam’s Construction is amazing. He came to give me a free quote and spent almost an hour explaining what needed to be done, how long it was going to take and gave me a quote by text. He was fair and knew what he was talking about. Today he came with a guy he has known since college and got right to it. They had to re-frame my garage opening, then paint and silicone seal…perfect. They also scraped and sanded a double door molding in the back of my house, then painted two coats…again perfect. I only wish I found Johnathon ten years ago. He also does tile work. What really sets them apart from others is they not only are great framers, but they are detail conscious and don’t leave till they are done and clean up…just outstanding. Stop looking…call Johnathon.
