Had Sams Construction convert my existing car port into a garage. Due to issues with the existing structure, it was not as simple as one would think. He stuck with it with great attention to detail no matter how long it took. He and his crew were on the job exactly when I was told and stayed until the project was completed to my satisfaction. Unlike some contractors today who after completing a job (and get paid) they want nothing else to do with it if a problem arises later. Jonathan will stand by his work return until you're happy. I would hire him again if needed.
