- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The average cost for a standard home inspection within 50 miles of area code 30187 is $395. This price would include inspecting crawlspace to roof. Any obvious mold, moisture, wood decay, insect or structural issues will be outlined in the report. More in depth investigation, radon, air quality mold identification or well water testing is available at your request.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Either my clients electronically sign a contract and pay via credit card online or on site prior to rendering inspection services. Throughout the inspection I will answer any questions or concerns pertaining to the integrity of the home or any construction related insights. Upon completion I will email an electronic copy of the report and then send you a hard copy via mail.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 35 years in residential construction and building sciences as well as being trained and and certified by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
