Introduction: I work remotely with clients. I do not travel to them nor do they travel to me. I work through Zoom, Skype or on the telephone. I also keep track of client's progress through Coach Connect. It is an online app that tracks progress. If you're not interested in this 90-day program with the option to renew to reach your goals, please do not respond! As a Certified Wellness Health Coach, I work with clients remotely to achieve balance with all aspects of their lives including physical, social, spiritual, emotional, intellectual, environmental, and occupational well-being. Also, as a wellness health coach, my clients don’t have to have a specific health problem in need of correction to seek out my services. I help clients make positive and lasting changes to their health. I guide them through the process of creating a vision for their health and well-being, developing a healthy mindset and healthy habits, and encouraging them every step of the way until they accomplish their goals. I’m also a life coach. A life coach challenges you to question how you approach every aspect of your life; unlocks potential, so you are empowered to create anything you desire and inspires you to change the way you live day to day to be more aligned with who you want to be. Life coaching is a collaborative partnership between coach and client where the coaching relationship continually gives all the power back to the client. As coach, we hold the premise that the client knows the answers to every question or challenge they may have in their life, even if those answers appear to be obscured, muddled, or hidden inside. Price can be split in installments to make it affordable!
