Had a great experience with Artem, the appliance technician who recently came out to fix my refrigerator. He was incredibly knowledgeable and quickly identified the issue. What really stood out was how affordable his service was compared to others. He was professional, efficient, and made sure everything was running smoothly before he left. Artem was amazing from start to finish both days that he came to service us. Although particularly versed in appliance repair, he was also able to expertly perform every task asked, from large to small. He is an excellent communicator-- so important-- and there were no 'surprises.' He is smart, courteous, and a joy to know. Highly recommend!

It is easy and convenient to work with Strela, LLC. Artem is an exuberant, friendly guy. Although his background is in appliance repair, there doesn’t seem to be a thing he can’t do. He’s working with me now on several projects from larger to small. He is knowledgeable, courteous and punctual, staying late to see the job completed if necessary. He works with your schedule. Hes a real partner with you when it comes to your projects. He incidentally fixed my ice maker when he was there. Great job! Recommended
