Rich explained everything to us, gave us a written quote; kept work appointments, neat, professional. Rich is a really nice guy, trustworthy...we left him and his helper Kevin alone in our home while we were at work and we were completely comfortable with that decision. The cost of his work was reasonable and we paid what he quoted he did not change his pricing at all! I would recommend him to anyone needing electrical work done in their home. He put in 200 amp service; added outlets, fixed outlets, cleaned up old wiring, gfi outlets installed, he moved our electric meter to the side of our house and installed a transfer switch for our generator. Excellent Work!

I have standard pricing for some services but most jobs require a site visit to know what will be required to complete the job neatly and professionally.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contacted by a customer I usually like to make an appointment to look at the scope of work. Some small jobs we can discuss over the phone and I can provide immediate pricing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ICC (International Code Council) master electrician with over 15 years experience.
