Can’t say enough good things about this guy. Had 3 other techs come out stumped - unsure how to fix my heater. This guy did it in under 24 hours. I’ve had quotes of people telling me to redo my entire hvac system and Primus fixed it in 2 replaced parts. Well worth the price this guy is amazing.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a technical degree. Passed EPA certification and OSHA 30 courses. Also passed a special Fujitsu and Goodman trainings.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Replaced failed inducer motor on furnace. It took 5 minutes for diagnostics and 20 minutes for replacement. It cost $550 for customer, incl.service call, parts and second visit.
