If you are looking for an honest, highly skilled HVAC technician in the Willow Grove, Bucks County or Mainline PA area- do yourself a favor and call Dimitri at Primus Expert. I have an older 25-year-old AC unit running on R22 refrigerant, and instead of immediately pushing for an expensive replacement like other companies do, Dimitri took the time to properly check my refrigerant levels, change the filters, and get it running efficiently. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. He handles everything from heating and cooling systems to water heaters. It’s rare to find an independent expert you can genuinely trust—highly recommend giving him a shot!

I hired Primus Expert INC for regular HVAC maintenance, and they did an excellent job. They completed outside cleaning, refrigerant checks, and a full system inspection thoroughly and professionally. They also added green pellets to the condensation line treatment to help prevent clogging. I originally wanted to schedule the service in April, but Dimitry was honest and explained that it’s best to wait until the outside temperature is at least 65 degrees for an accurate refrigerant measurement. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism, and we proceeded with the service in May. Dimitry also gave helpful maintenance recommendations, including replacing the air filter every 3–4 months and cleaning the outside coil yearly before the season starts. Overall, great service, knowledgeable, honest, and professional. Highly recommend Primus Expert INC.

    Service call will be free if you will make repairs. Every visit I'll change your air filter for free.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a technical degree. Passed EPA certification and OSHA 30 courses. Also passed a special Fujitsu and Goodman trainings.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

    Replaced failed inducer motor on furnace. It took 5 minutes for diagnostics and 20 minutes for replacement. It cost $550 for customer, incl.service call, parts and second visit.
