We had a section of gutter break loose during a powerful wind storm. I called 3 local contractors who did not respond so I tried Thumbtack for the first time. After submitting a brief description of the problem, Mark texted that he could fix it the next morning and provided a reasonable quote for the work. We were so grateful to have the work done so quickly, especially since it was over a holiday. Mark was very considerate and responsive with communication when he had a delay prior to arriving but he did show up and completed the job. We were very pleased to know the gutter was secure and the banging against the house was over. Mark even explained why the hangers were not sufficient and suggested a repair to the rest of the gutter hangers. We will definitely contact him for future work in the spring.
