Its a long list of quality practices and beliefs that Brenda has to offer..Her skills in coaching are among the best in the profession. I'd also add that Brenda is authentic, thoughtful and encouraging as an empowering sounding board who listens deeply and asks the questions that really move a self-aware client into action-hallmarks of a great coach. There are times I cringe at her questions, however when I get to the other side of the questions by breaking them down and working through them. I am pleased with the growth. Several times over the past couple of years, I have been able to gain crucial insight on nagging problems, with a clear way forward on no matter the decision. I highly recommend Brenda as the coach to hire when you need to work through difficult transitions. You couldn't be in better, more expert hands to help you uncover new possibilities, design life evolving options, and be nurtured by an encouraging belief in your ability to make the big changes you need for the second chances you want or creating a whole new way

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on a more long term commitment designed to transform not only your current situation but also the future space in which you desire to live. My coaching is growth oriented and designed to promote your authentic self and empower you to establish the confidence and esteem needed to sustain that transformation. Any coaching desired for less than a month is what I consider to be more of a mentor or confidant relationship which is priced at an hourly rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for new customers involves getting to know you, building rapport and establishing trust in a confidential setting. You will be asked to complete a basic form designed to establish who you are and what you are truly seeking to accomplish from coaching.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have ten years of direct coaching experience that includes personal growth and transformation for myself. I believe in being someone who embodies that which I promote and teach/coach. ie "practice what you preach". I am certified as a master coach obtained with 60 hours of basic and advanced life coach training. I am a certified strategic intervention coach via Robbins Madanes, and I am a certified somatic coach. I have well over 2700 hours of coach training/ experience.
