I enjoy making the food personal to the client. I do not have standard menus, I talk with my clients and make up a menu that reflects them. Seeing people enjoying the experience of eating my food. Knowing that by the time they are done, they will be wishing that they weren't full so they could eat more.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have cooked and baked from a young age. It was always a challenge to make a wonderful meal and desserts from very little.

Bridal Showers, Baby showers, Graduations, Senior citizen groups, Church events
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I did a Bridal Shower for about 30 ppl that was a 3 course meal. Appetizer: Bruschetta EntrÃ©e: Bacon Wrapped Chicken tenderloin Spanakopita ( Greek spinach pie ) Pepe Salad Desserts: (all contain alcohol ) Champagne Cake Brandy Trifle Long Island Ice Tea cake shots Mojito jello shooter cake
