I enjoy making the food personal to the client. I do not have standard menus, I talk with my clients and make up a menu that reflects them. Seeing people enjoying the experience of eating my food. How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have cooked and baked from a young age. It was always a challenge to make a wonderful meal and desserts from very little.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I did a Bridal Shower for about 30 ppl that was a 3 course meal. Appetizer: Bruschetta EntrÃ©e: Bacon Wrapped Chicken tenderloin Spanakopita ( Greek spinach pie ) Pepe Salad Desserts: (all contain alcohol ) Champagne Cake Brandy Trifle Long Island Ice Tea cake shots Mojito jello shooter cake
