- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price based on scope, surface condition, preparation required, and access difficulty. Every estimate is detailed and transparent. We don’t compete on being the cheapest — we compete on doing the job correctly the first time. There are no hidden fees. If additional repairs are discovered, we communicate and approve changes before moving forward. We also offer a referral incentive for past clients.

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We bring over 28 years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial painting and light remodeling. Training comes from decades in the field managing crews, handling large apartment complexes, municipal properties, and high-end residential homes. We stay current on products, coatings, and application methods to ensure durability and code compliance where applicable.
