- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to open Field Day Cleaning after working for 2 major cleaning franchises and realizing the lack of personal services and detailing. I spent 5 years in the military being taught to do the job in a correct and detailed manner the first time. So working for companies who just sent girls out to do a job that they knew nothing about and then not even check on the completed job just made me realize that the cleaning industry needed a company that had a personal and detailed touch. I can honestly say that after starting my company I have learned that working one on one with my clients makes the house cleaning process 100% more comfortable for both the cleaner and the client. You know who's in your home each time and you are guaranteed to have a thorough detailed cleaning each time. I can say this because I love my work.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs are weekly, & biweekly cleanings. After that monthly cleanings. I also do a lot of one time deep cleaning with the primary focus being on steam cleaning furniture and old lived in items that you can't just throw in the laundry.
